Is posting free?
Posting in most categories is free. Optional upgrades (e.g., Featured or Top of List) may be available to boost visibility.
What photos work best?
Use bright, high-resolution images (at least 1200px on the long side). Show multiple angles and any important details or defects.
Managing ads
How long does my ad stay live?
Ads typically run for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) and can be renewed. Exact duration may vary by category and promotions.
How do I edit, renew, or delete my ad?
Go to My Account → My Ads. From there you can edit details, renew an expired ad, or delete once sold.
My price looks wrong on Google – why?
If you typed extra zeros or symbols, auto-formatting may misread it. Edit your ad and enter a clean number (e.g., 12500 for R12,500). We format in ZAR.
Safety
Does Findall handle payments or shipping?
No. Findall is a listing and messaging platform. Meet in person in a public place and use your preferred payment method. Inspect items before paying.
How do I stay safe?
- Meet in well-lit public places and bring a friend if possible.
- Never share one-time passwords or IDs over chat.
- Avoid off-platform links and suspicious requests.
- For vehicles/property, verify VINs, ownership, and documents.
How do I report a suspicious ad or message?
Use the Report link on the listing or inside the chat. Our team reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.
Business
Can businesses advertise on Findall?
Yes. Create a Business Profile to add company details, hours, and inventory. This helps buyers trust and find you.
Are there restricted categories?
Yes—items that are illegal, dangerous, or violate our policies are not allowed. Please review our Prohibited Items & Services list before posting.
